"I enjoyed having Daniel as my fitness trainer. Daniel was very personable as a trainer and interested in the goals I wanted to achieve. We had a good rapport. He advised me that diet was also an important part of a fitness regimen and got me onto myfitnesspal.com. I've been using that site which has helped me focus on diet in helping to achieving one of my goals: losing weight. Daniel also pushed me during my training sessions to where I got a better appreciation of what an intense workout can be. "I weighed 136 when I started with Liz and lost 10 pounds during our time together. She did a variety of exercises including, free weights, the machines, the fitness ball, floor exercises, lunges, squats and more which helped to bring muscle definition to every area of my body. I now have definition and contour to my arms, and if I might say so, nice triceps with great muscle tone! Also, with the variety of exercises I now have muscle in my shoulders and back and a very nice flat, firm tummy (owie ... that floor stuff and the plank really hurt at times ... but she kept pushing me!) My legs are firm and I have nice quads with muscle definition also. I am 54 years old and Liz has helped me to reach a level in which I am now in the best physical condition I have ever been in my life.
